Welcome to Atlanta! We are excited to host your group on an ATV excursion on your visit here! Below are frequently asked questions that you may have about your excursion.

1. What should we wear for the ATV excursion?

We recommend wearing long pants, closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and layered clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses for added protection. BE PREPARED TO GET DIRTY!

2. Is prior ATV experience required?

No prior experience is necessary! Our experienced guides will provide thorough instruction and support throughout the tour, catering to all skill levels.

3. Are there age or weight restrictions for participants? Participants must be at least 16 years old with adult supervision and some form of ID with your birth date to operate the ATV. Yes, single ATVs: 275 pounds or less.

4. Can we bring personal belongings on the tour?

We advise leaving valuables behind, but small personal items can be stored securely during the excursion.

5. What happens in case of inclement weather? Tours operate rain or shine. The rain makes trails a lot more interesting and enjoyable!

• *Late, no show = NO REFUND, NO RESCHEDULE * if Ranch has to reschedule due to weather (NOT RAIN) there will only be rain checks no refunds* Your fee retains your scheduled date and time. Cancellations must take place within 48 hours order was placed (NOT 48 hours before your appointment) for a refund, no refunds will be issued the day prior or on. No reschedules or refunds the date of your appointment please plan accordingly.

6. Is there a grace period? Please be aware that the ATV ranch does NOT have a grace period. Please arrive at least 10 mins early to your appointment to check-in. If you are late you will not be able to take part in your scheduled activity AND you will not be refunded.

7. What happens if I damage an ATV? CLR Insurance cover ATV/UTV, DAMAGES ONLY, medical is solely the customers responsibility. CLR insurance comes with a $2000 deductible. CLR covers damages after the deductible is met. Deductible must be paid before leaving the ranch.
